Excellent experience!!! We visited this restaurant while on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. I am gluten free and he cooked it on the same table as the main meal. He cooked it first to avoid cross contamination. The owner cooked for us and he was kind, friendly and a provided us an absolutely delicious meal. Be sure to make reservations, there are only three hibachi tables. Well worth the wait. Would definitely dine here again.

We came for dinner too try this new restaurant and we not disappointed in the least. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere lovely with music playing in the background. Our waitress, Kasi, was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and a real sweetheart. The co-owner came by twice to make sure that we were happy. The presentation of our sushi was lovely and everything we ate was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. I should mention that everything came out rather quickly. We highly recommend this restaurant.

My first time here. Really enjoyed my food and company. Just a heads up they automatically charge an 18% tip on your bill. Reservations may be necessary for big parties. The restaurant only has three grills and about 5 tables. Outdoor seating is available but limited..

We went here on Saturday night for the very first time, it was delicious food and the staff is very friendly & accommodating! They have hibachi tables but we sat at a regular table we were still able to see the chefs cooking as the restaurant is very open so that was great!

A very nice Japanese restaurant in the Jupiter area Akiyo Hibachi Japanese Restaurant is located in a larger shopping center on the north side of Donald Ross Parkway near Abacoa and the Wilkes Honors College. It offers a wonderful dining experience. There is plenty of parking since it has a large shopping center lot directly in front of the store. The restaurant features a limited number of tables, including two hibachi stations situated near the entrance. While the placement of the hibachi tables is unconventional, it adds to the intimate and engaging atmosphere. We entered and were seated immediately. The table could fit 8 people but they seated our part of 3 and the chef gave us a solitary show. The hibachi chef we got was efficient and friendly. The menu has a variety of hibachi options, with lunch specials served from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and until 10:00 PM on weekends. Beyond hibachi, Akiyo offers a range of teriyaki dishes, curries, and stir-fried specialties. I ordered hibachi chicken. It was a lot of food that was all delicious. Overall, the restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with its delicious dishes, hibachi performances, and inviting ambiance.
